I had an idea when reading the "introduce yourself" perhaps we could take it to the next level and add a picture of ourselves and a pic of our favorite tarantula/insect. That way we can put a face to who we are talking too as well as their favorite kritters. It makes it more personal and fun. Just an idea.

I'm Becca - 25/female from a small town in north Georgia just south of Chattanooga, TN.

I mainly keep tarantulas with a handful of scorpions and centipedes. My favorites are NW dwarf species - Cyriocosmus spp., Holothele spp., Metriopelma spp., etc.

This was a couple of years ago....no I didn't get stung. I've had this girl for almost 5 years :) One of my first; actually, I think she was my third. My second (P. imp.) is still alive too, but was a baby 5 years ago.

I didn't know anyone who owned a computer.
Record of the Year: "Wind Beneath My Wings," Bette Midler...but I was playing some music that was already 18 years old "The great gig in the sky" Pink Floyd, for Gabby, my daughter.

Gabby is 18 now and starts college this coming August 25th.

What year was it?
