This year the ATS is unable to hold their yearly conference. We would like to help fill in this year so the hobby can stay connected. Honestly, we need our spider people fix too! The conference is our favorite animal event and we don't want to skip a year!

We are proposing holding a conference in Tucson modeled around the ATS' as a "place holder" until next year. The conference will include many of the same happenings we love and a few new ones just for fun.

We would like get some feed back from you all before we make it final. If we can get the minimum amount of needed attendees and vendors buy the end of March we'll make this an awesome con, if for some reason we do not have enough support we will refund all money to respected parties. We are using end of March as our cut off to give people plenty of time to still book flights and rooms.

Some of the fun things we will do at the conference include night and day hikes, talks, roach races, raffle, spider mall and more!

All extra proceeds from the roach races and raffle will be donated to the ATS! So please help us raise money at these events!

When July 23rd to the 26th
Where Tucson AZ - Hotel to be decided please feel free to email us if you have any preferences on this.

Please click below to register as a vendor, attendee or sponsor now so we can make this happen!

Hi guys. I haven't logged in in awhile because I had thought the website had been shut down. I would attend the conference that Ken is getting put together if my schedule allows it. I am just waiting to hear back from the client as to what the work rotation will be and I can commit 100% at that time. Is it still going ahead?

Not shut down, but most everyone has left the forum in favor of Facebook

A few of us remain, keeping the forum on life support.

Hi Vez

So is the Ken the Bug Guy conference a go?

I'm allergic to facebook but perhaps I will have to migrate over there if everyone else has.

I haven't heard any updates. So lacking evidence to the contrary, I'd say it is still on.
