I recently agreed to purchase a total of 6 scorpions from a friend, they were ready to be shipped out to me this week, but he just discovered that a newly purchased tarantula has an infestation of nematodes. All his animals are kept in the same room. He emailed me explaining, asking if I still would like the scorpions. Im not sure what to do here. Can the nematodes infect the scorpions as well? Is there any treatment if they do have them? I was really looking forward to these new additions, but I am not willing to put all my current animals at risk if this is something that can pass through to different species. I've never dealt with nematodes before, so Im not sure how terrible the risk is. Your advice is greatly appreciated!
