We bought a box of Shelfordella tartara in April at a local pet expo to start a feeder colony for our tarantulas. This mystery roach was found in that box, and at that time it was tiny, but did look distinctly different from the adult S. tartaras in the box. It has seemed to do just fine in the booming colony, making infrequent appearances, and yesterday I managed to snap a half-decent photo of it. It measures approx. 2 inches, and here hanging out with an adult male S. tartara.

Sorry about the poor quality, the photo was taken through the plastic of the box.

Any idea on what this might be? I've tried googling and browsing two roach forums, but don't seem to find anything resembling our mystery bug. Alternatively, what's the best place to go for ID help?
