It would be extremely useful if someone would volunteer to organize the best photos here into a zip file or something that we can post here or on the ATS website, with the photos organized alphabetically by genus name.

I'd volunteer to do it myself, but I'm currently working on five articles simultaneously, so I'm a bit busy with ATS stuff. Perhaps some of you that have expressed interest in helping the ATS would step up to the plate?

At this point the thread is getting too long to be useful, but man there are some great shots in there!

I agree there should be a thread with good ventral shots. That have already been confirmed by molts. I don't think this was suppose to be a please sex my T post. I wish I was more computer literate or I would step up to the plate and try to help.

Quite agree - this is a great thread, but it's getting decidedly murky. Crisp, clear pics and explanations are needed - perhaps all the 'help requested' posts can be removed?

I appreciate this thread. Since many of us noobs are wanting small T's sexed it would be nice if some of the pics are of very young tarantulas. Also if some experienced keeper could take a pic and diagram what they are looking at...point out what parts are what I think it would help me and maybe others.
thanks ya'll

This is an exuvium from a recently molted B. smithi. I'm not seeing a flap, so i'm thinking its male. Can anyone tell me i'm wrong? :D

I see males too.
It's not so bad, your chances of getting something back via 50/50 deals are increased. :)

Now I'm not very good at this, specially with this species but I'm thinking it's a female.
